CrossPoint is more than just a church, were a church that believes in being the hands and the feet of Jesus. Our Care Team expresses the love of Christ and walks in the belief that God is STILL enough. Our Care Team visits the sick at home, in the hospitals, there when surgeries take place and when you get home they don’t stop. There will be hot meals there waiting on you so you don’t have to worry about “What Now”. We CARE for our Church family and we stand beside and support each and every members during times of happiness, sadness and the unfortunate loss of a loved one. WE CARE because CHRIST CARES! If you are in need of prayer or facing difficult situations find a member of our CARE Team and let us see what we can do to help, were here to help because we CARE.
